Conditions

1. Only within the return period of 14 days after the invoice date.
2. Goods must be in their original, undamaged and unmarked packaging.
3. The following cannot be returned: specially ordered goods, bands, expired goods, positioners and trainers.
4. Must be accompanied by this return form, which you must complete (FAMHP legislation).

Please pack your goods very carefully in a box so that they arrive undamaged and suitable for resale.
They must never be sent in an envelope.

Once we have received your return, and only if all conditions are fully met, we will issue a credit note. This credit note can be deducted from your next invoice.

Returns must be sent exclusively by post to the following address:
Ortho-Trends, Bijenstraat 15, 9051 St-Denijs-Westrem.

A handling and administration fee of 13% may be charged.

Via this website

Log in and order easily online. Not a customer yet? Register first via Webshop.
Ordering online = automatic 5% discount.
You will always receive an order confirmation by email.
In stock and ordered before 16:00 = shipped the same day.
On working days, someone must be present at the delivery address between 9:00 and 17:00.
Orders are processed automatically and cannot be combined.
You can cancel via stock@orthotrends.com, as long as your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse.

Goods marked “Not in stock – delivery time 1 to 3 weeks”
These items are ordered especially for you and cannot be cancelled or returned. As soon as they arrive at our warehouse, they will be shipped the same day.

Ordering via your own ordering system

Link your own ordering system or platform to that of Ortho-Trends.  This means that with a single click, you can send an order in CSV format to Ortho-Trends, directly from your own ordering system.  Simple and efficient, and you automatically receive a 5% discount.

By mail

It is only possible to send an e-mail to info@orthotrends.com with the item number.
Ordering by telephone is not possible due to the risk of errors and misunderstandings.

Order bands

Bands can only be ordered via the Excel order form.  Enter only the quantities using your computer keyboard (numbers only) and email the form to info@orthotrends.com. 
Leone: min. 25 bands and in multiples of 5 bands per size.  3M Solventum: min. 25.
Bands are specially ordered and cannot be returned.  Therefore, please check your order carefully before placing it.
Delivery time 3M Solventum: 2 to 3 weeks.   Leone approximately 2 weeks.

Free shipping from € 200 excl. VAT. Orders less than € 200: € 7.50.
It is not possible to pick up your order.

On our website under “Webshop” you will find all prices, including a 5% online discount. You must log in first.

My invoices

You will find all your invoices under “Webshop” - “My invoices”. You must log in first. The invoice is always in the box with the goods. You can also receive your invoices by e-mail. Send an e-mail to admin@orthotrends.com.

My backorders

All backorders can be found under “Webshop” - “My backorders”. You must log in first. The delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks and depends on the availability of our supplier and other factors beyond our control. The day the goods arrive at us, they will be shipped to you the same day.

You can change all your data on our website under “Webshop” – “My data”. You must log in first.
